Herbstpalaver 2025: Geschichten aus Ghana
Rund 50 Interessierte nahmen am 9. November 2024 am jährlichen Herbstpalaver der Ernst Peyer Stiftung im Alten Spital, in Solothurn, teil.
Seit mehr als 20 Jahren ermöglichen wir Menschen den Zugang zu Trinkwasser und bilden Brunnenverantwortliche aus.

The Ernst Peyer Foundation is committed to the development of the poorest regions of Ghana. Together with local partners and village communities, we support initiatives to improve living conditions. Die Frauen von Bongo
Mit handgeflochtenen Körben versuchen Bäuerinnen in Bongo ihre eigene Wertschöpfung zu schaffen.
Junge Stimmen, klare Ziele
Mit Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und viel Ausdauer setzen sich Jugendliche wie Augustina im WASH-Club für sauberes Wasser und bessere Hygiene ein. Dabei zeigen sie, wie aus Beteiligung nachhaltige Veränderung entsteht.
Projects (only in german)
We support projects in rural areas of Ghana, primarily in less developed regions in the north. Areas where people have no access to clean water and hygiene facilities, where forgotten schools and hospitals need support for urgently needed investments. And we advise and support smallholder families so that they can achieve a better income in the long term.
Partner
We work with local partners to implement the project. These are institutions and organizations that make us aware of the needs of the poorest people and work together with the village communities on the project. The village communities are responsible for the long-term operation and maintenance work. In this way, we prevent dependencies and support self-reliant and sustainable management.
